These terms are the contract between you and vibewtf. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
vibewtf is a visual wall and digital bulletin board. You create an
account, pick a username, and upload images and linked Spotify tracks.
Your collection is visible at a public URL
(vibewtf.com/your-username). You can also create shared
boards that other users can contribute to.
We don't take payments right now. The service is free to use within the limits we enforce (currently 500 images per account and 20 boards per account; these may change).
You must be at least 17 years old to use vibewtf. When you first open the iOS app you'll see an age gate confirming this. If we learn that a user is under 17, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data.
You must also have the legal capacity to agree to these terms in the place where you live.
You create an account by signing in with Google or Apple (via Clerk). You pick a username, which becomes your public URL. One account per person.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including content uploaded through it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email security@vibewtf.com.
Images you own or have the right to share — screenshots, photos, memes, artwork, whatever fits the vibe of your wall — so long as the rest of these terms are satisfied.
The following is strictly prohibited. Violating any of these gets your content removed and may get your account terminated without notice.
You keep ownership of the images you upload. We don't claim them.
By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and create technical derivatives of your content (thumbnails, WebP variants for performance, cached blurhash placeholders) — solely for the purpose of running the service for you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that may persist for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
We do not use your images to train AI models. We don't license your content to third parties for their own purposes.
Your gallery URL is public. Anyone with the link can see what you've uploaded. Don't upload what you wouldn't want tied to your username.
If you see content that violates §5, use the in-app Report feature (available on images, boards, and user profiles), or email reports@vibewtf.com. For CSAM specifically, please also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
You can block other users from the iOS app. Blocking hides that user's content from your feeds on your device.
We may:
We are not obligated to review every piece of content, and we cannot guarantee that every report will lead to removal. We do read reports and act on them in good faith, and we aim to review each report within 24 hours.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on vibewtf infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to:
Designated DMCA Agent: dmca@vibewtf.com
A valid DMCA notice must include:
If we receive a valid notice, we will remove the content expeditiously and notify the user who uploaded it. That user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error; if we receive a valid counter-notice and the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringer policy: we terminate the accounts of users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices.
You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your account, your images, boards you own, push subscriptions, API keys, Spotify links, and related data from our servers. Reports you filed are deleted; reports about you are kept anonymized for moderation history.
We may terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, if you materially violate these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we stop offering the service.
We can add, change, or remove features. We can set and adjust usage limits (the 500-image / 20-board limits and others) with reasonable notice. We can change pricing if we ever introduce paid features; any new pricing would only apply prospectively. We own vibewtf's name, logo, source code, and other intellectual property — nothing in these terms gives you a license to them.
vibewtf is built on top of third-party services (Clerk, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Apple APNs, Resend, PostHog — see the Privacy Policy for the full list). When you use vibewtf you are also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies for the parts of the service they handle.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the service will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any data you upload will always be preserved. Back up anything important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibewtf and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
You agree to defend and indemnify vibewtf against third-party claims arising from (a) content you upload or share, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of another person's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute that isn't resolved informally, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue. If mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence gives you a non-waivable right to sue in your local courts, nothing in these terms removes that right.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where the change meaningfully affects you, notify you through the service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree to the updated terms, delete your account (see §9).
